The Undergraduate Students Program Agreement (PEC-G) offers to young citizens from developing countries which Brazil maintains educational and cultural relations with opportunities to undertake full undergraduate courses in Brazilian Higher Education Institutions. PEC-G is designed by the Ministries of Education and External Relations, in partnership with universities, both public and private.

At Unipampa, the program is held by the Undergraduate and the International Relations Offices, and it expects to receive its first group of students in 2016.
